I have spent 10 years in GMP quality: on site, in projects, and alongside the QA, validation and QC teams doing the work. Often I sat on the hiring side of the table. And I watched the same thing go wrong more than once: a CV that read well, a recruiter who had never asked a technical question, and a hire the site paid for twice. First in interview hours, later in an inspection finding.

The candidates were never the problem. Good people exist in every discipline. The problem was that nobody between the site and the candidate could tell the difference between someone who had done the work and someone who had stood next to it.

So I started Pharma Recruit with one rule: nobody reaches your desk without a technical conversation with me first. I have not held every role I recruit for, but I have worked closely enough with all of them to know what good looks like. I still work in GMP alongside this, which keeps the screening honest and the market knowledge current.

Pharma Recruit is new. I have no placement statistics to show you, and I would rather say so than invent them. What I can offer is on the How we work page, including the standard I hold above everything else: if I do not have the right candidate, I will not send you one to make it happen.
