Privacy policy

Truex Consultancy B.V., trading as Pharma Recruit ("we"), is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: info@truex-consultancy.com.

What we collect and why

  • Candidates: name, contact details, CV, LinkedIn profile, work history, salary expectation, notes from our technical screening, and interview feedback from clients. Purpose: to match you with vacancies and represent you to employers. Legal basis: performance of a contract (our recruitment service to you) and legitimate interest.
  • Client contacts: name, role, company, contact details, brief and hiring feedback. Purpose: delivering recruitment services. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
  • Website visitors: form submissions you send us (with the consent timestamp), and, only after you accept cookies, anonymised analytics.

Sharing

We share candidate data only with employers you have agreed to be introduced to. Processors we use: email delivery, CRM/ATS hosting, cloud hosting (EU or with standard contractual clauses). We never sell data.

Retention

Candidate data is retained for 12 months after our last meaningful contact, or longer with your consent for future roles. Client data for the duration of the relationship plus statutory retention periods. Form submissions for 24 months.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email info@truex-consultancy.com; we respond within one month. You may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

TLS in transit, access limited to the people who need it, uploads validated for type and size, no personal data in URLs.
