Privacy policy

Truex Consultancy B.V., trading as Pharma Recruit ("we"), is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: info@truex-consultancy.com.

What we collect and why

  • Candidates: name, contact details, CV, LinkedIn profile, work history, salary expectation, notes from our technical screening, and interview feedback from clients. Purpose: to match you with vacancies and represent you to employers. Legal basis: performance of a contract (our recruitment service to you) and legitimate interest.
  • Client contacts: name, role, company, contact details, brief and hiring feedback. Purpose: delivering recruitment services. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
  • Website visitors: form submissions you send us (with the consent timestamp). No analytics or tracking is active on this site at present; if that changes, it will only run after you accept it in the cookie banner.

Sharing

We share candidate data only with employers you have agreed to be introduced to, and only for that role. We use a small number of service providers to host this website and to deliver email; each is bound by a data processing agreement, and data is stored in the EU or transferred under the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data and we do not use advertising networks.

How we handle candidates

Your CV or profile is never sent to an employer without your consent for that specific role. The notes we write after our technical conversation are personal data and you can ask for a copy. You can withdraw from a process, or ask us to delete your data, by email at any time.

Retention

Candidate data and form submissions are retained for 12 months after our last meaningful contact, or longer only with your consent for future roles. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship plus statutory retention periods. We review stored data at least once a year and delete what is no longer needed.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email info@truex-consultancy.com; we respond within one month. You may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

TLS in transit, access limited to the people who need it, uploads validated for type and size, no personal data in URLs.
