For employers

Technical screening as a service

You already have applicants, from your own advert or another agency, and you cannot tell from the CVs who is worth an interview. We can. A 45-minute conversation on the work with the founder, and a written assessment on your desk within two working days.

What the screen covers

The candidate's actual work, not their vocabulary: the last deviation they closed, the last protocol they defended, the last OOS they investigated, the last inspection they hosted. For sterile roles, Annex 1 in practice. For QP candidates, an Article 49 eligibility check. For validation, one full qualification story and one cleaning validation calculation.

You receive a written assessment per candidate in the four-section format: what was tested, what the evidence was, what remains for you, and the practicalities.

When it pays for itself

An advert produced forty applications and your QA Manager does not have forty hours. A second agency sent CVs you do not trust. HR has shortlisted on keywords and you want a technical opinion before the interview loop starts. A final-round decision between two candidates needs a tie-breaker from someone who knows the work from the inside.

Fee

A fixed fee per candidate assessed, credited against the placement fee if you subsequently hire through Pharma Recruit. Volume pricing for more than ten candidates on one vacancy.

Frequently asked questions

How fast is the turnaround?

The written assessment is with you within two working days of the screening conversation. Candidates are usually screened within three working days of you sending the CVs.

Who runs the screen?

The founder, for every discipline. A GMP quality professional who still works in the field.

Can you screen candidates from another agency?

Yes. The screen is independent of who sourced the candidate. We tell you what we find, including when the answer is that nobody in the batch should be interviewed.
