For GMP professionals
You are not looking. That is the point.
The best QA Managers, validation leads and Qualified Persons are rarely on the market, and they are tired of recruiters who cannot tell a deviation from a change control. Registering with us is not applying for a job. It is a technical conversation with a peer, and a standing instruction that nobody sees your name without your say-so.
One brief conversation. Then silence, until a role is worth interrupting you for.
Register
Start with a conversation, not a CV.
A CV is optional at this stage. We would rather talk first.
What you receive
An honest view of where you stand, whether or not you move.
Registration starts with a brief introductory call to understand what you do and what you would want from a next role. What you take away from it stays between us, and it is usually the first honest external view of their position most GMP professionals have received.
Where your experience actually sits
Not your title, your experience. Ten years as a QA Officer at a sterile site with two inspections hosted is worth more than the title suggests, and the market does not always know it. We tell you what your record supports.
What it commands, in numbers
The general band a person with your record is being offered, permanent and interim. The same figures we give employers, so you are negotiating from the same page they are.
What would move you up a band
Sometimes it is a qualification, often it is a specific experience: a tech transfer, a remediation, a QP route. We say which, and roughly how long it takes. Some people register purely for this.
An honest view of the timing
If the role you want does not exist in the market this year, we say so. If it exists but you are not yet the obvious candidate for it, we say that too. Nobody is kept warm on false hope.
Confidentiality
How your name stays yours.
Confidential searches fail through carelessness, not malice: a CV in a shared inbox, a name mentioned on a call. We have built the process so the failure points do not exist.
No database
Employers cannot browse you
There is no searchable pool of candidates that a client can log into. Your profile exists in our records and nowhere else, and is shown to an employer one at a time, by us, for a role you have already approved.
No blind submissions
You hear the company name first
Before we say a word to an employer about you, you know who they are, what the site is, who you would report to, and the range. If you say no, it goes no further and it is not held against you.
A block list
Companies you name are never approached
Your current employer, a former one, a competitor you would rather not join. You tell us once and it is applied to every search, without you having to remember.
One person
The same voice throughout
The person you speak to at registration is the person who calls you about a role, briefs you before interview, and handles the offer and resignation. Your situation is never explained to a colleague you have not met.
Salary guide
The numbers employers are working from.
We publish one salary guide and give it to both sides. Medior and senior bands by discipline, interim day rates, and regional differences across the Benelux, revised each year from the offers we have seen in the preceding twelve months.
| Role | Medior | Senior |
|---|---|---|
| QA Officer | €52k–62k | €62k–75k |
| QA Manager | €75k–90k | €90k–110k |
| Validation Engineer | €55k–68k | €70k–85k |
| Qualified Person | — | €95k–130k |
| MSAT Scientist | €55k–65k | €68k–82k |
Indicative general bands, gross annual, excluding bonus, 2026. Compiled from public sources and can contain mistakes; sources are listed in the guide.
Questions
Before you register.
What people ask us before they are willing to talk.
Is this a screening call?
No. A screening call checks boxes. This is a brief introduction with someone who knows your work from the inside, about the work you have actually done: the investigation that changed your view of a process, the audit that went badly, the protocol you had to defend. You will find it closer to a conversation with a senior colleague than to an interview.
What if I am not planning to move?
Then nothing happens until it should. Some people register with no intention of moving this year and simply want an honest view of their position. When the right role appears in two years, they are the first call, which is the arrangement most senior people prefer anyway.
Will you send my CV to lots of companies?
We will not send it anywhere. Each submission is a single employer, a single role, and your explicit yes beforehand, every time, not once at registration. A CV that circulates loses value and can reach your own employer; ours do neither.
I am a freelancer. Is this for me?
Yes. Interim and freelance assignments are a substantial part of what we do. You can contract directly at a margin stated in the contract, or through secondment, where we are the employer of record and the contracting is handled on our side. The salary guide carries day-rate bands.
How do I leave?
One email, no reason needed. Your details are deleted within five working days and you receive written confirmation. We do not keep a residual record and we do not follow up.
Register
One brief conversation. Nothing else, until you say so.
Most roles we work on are not advertised; registering is how you hear about them.
