Permanent hires for GMP roles

For the QA Officer on a new line, the Validation Engineer who will own the lifecycle programme, the QP on the licence. The person has to be right for three years, not three months. That is what the screen is built for.

What you get

A brief taken on one call, without you writing a job description. A shortlist of up to five candidates in ten working days, each with a written technical assessment, availability, notice period and salary expectation. Interview scheduling, offer management, the counter-offer conversation, and check-ins at month one and month three.

You never receive a CV we have not read with your problem in mind.

Contingent or retained

Most QA, QC and validation searches run contingent: no fee until someone starts. QP, Head of Quality and confidential replacements run retained, because those candidates do not answer adverts and the search needs the founder's full attention from day one.

Fees and guarantee

A percentage of first-year gross salary, invoiced on the start date. Retained searches split the fee across brief, shortlist and start. A replacement guarantee applies if the candidate leaves in the first months; the exact period depends on the fee model and is stated in the terms before we start.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a permanent search take?

Shortlist in ten working days. Most permanent hires close within five to seven weeks including a one-month notice period. QP and Head of Quality searches take longer because of the smaller pool and longer notice periods.

What if the candidate leaves in the first months?

The replacement guarantee applies: we rerun the search at no additional fee within the guarantee period stated in your terms.

Can you handle a confidential replacement?

Yes. Retained, direct approach only, no advertising, and the founder handles every first conversation personally.
