What is the difference between validation, qualification and CQV?
Qualification proves equipment and systems are fit for purpose (IQ/OQ/PQ). Validation proves a process or method reliably produces the intended result. CQV adds commissioning: the project-phase work of getting a new facility from construction to qualified state.
Do I need CSV experience for a validation role?
Not for most equipment and process roles, but computerised-system validation is increasingly requested alongside them. Candidates with both are placed faster.
Is validation work mostly permanent or project-based?
