About the role
A biologics CDMO in Groningen has signed two new monoclonal antibody clients and needs an MSAT Scientist to own the upstream transfers: receiving the process, running scale-down and engineering batches, writing the batch record and supporting the first GMP runs at 500 L and 2,000 L.
Your responsibilities
- Lead upstream technology transfer from client development groups
- Define CPPs and the control strategy with process development and QA
- Author master batch records and supervise engineering runs
- Investigate process deviations and lead CPV for transferred products
- Present transfer status to clients
What you bring
Must-haves
- MSc or PhD in biotechnology / bioprocess engineering
- 3+ years mammalian cell culture at pilot or GMP scale
- One end-to-end tech transfer owned
- Comfortable on the production floor with operators
Nice-to-haves
- JMP / SIMCA multivariate analysis
- Perfusion or intensified upstream experience
- Client-facing CDMO background
