Who can become a Qualified Person?
Anyone who meets the education and experience requirements of Article 49 of Directive 2001/83/EC, as implemented in the member state where the licence is held. The precise route differs per country; we check eligibility before any introduction.
Is a QP qualification recognised across the EU?
Eligibility is assessed per member state under the same Directive, but national implementations differ in the documentation required. A QP moving countries usually needs to be re-registered on the new licence.
How confidential is a QP search?
Very. The pool is small and most QP roles are not advertised. We approach eligible QPs directly, and the first conversation is with a consultant who knows the work from the inside.
Do GMP jobs in Utrecht require Dutch?
